To ask a question regarding a previously submitted request:

  • Login to the site and click on the “My Requests” tab
  • Click on the title link of your submitted request
  • Click on the “Conversations” tab
  • Type your question in the box provided under “Initiate Conversation” and click send
  • Celgene will notify you once your question has been answered
